Some examples:

• You need somebody to approve our project? Execute half of it as part of the proof of concept.
• You want to convince a candidate that we're the best next step for her career? Call her every day until she signs the contract.
• You want to learn a foreign language? Move to that country and only consume media in that language.
• You want to galvanise your team for a moment of high intensity? Move into the office.
